Our physical therapy treatments include pre- and post-operative therapy. We also make recommendations for you to incorporate into your daily routine – techniques for proper lifting, improving posture, exercising, and more.
We take a personalized approach with our chiropractic care. Rather than simply treating your symptoms, we focus on identifying the cause of the pain and curing it. There’s nothing scary about adjustment – be open about your fears or concerns, and let us know if you’re the type to prefer gentle stretching or a head-to-toe cracking.
We offer deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, core myofascial therapy, TMJ therapy, and more. Massage therapy is an effective treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and is all about alleviating tension, relaxing muscles, and reducing stress.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT) or Ashi as it’s affectionately called is a deep, relaxing type of bodywork that uses the therapist’s feet to deliver the strokes. Broken down, Ashi means “foot” and Atsu means ‘pressure” so Ashiatsu literally means “foot-pressure”. This deep tissue massage offered by the feet is known as “The Deepest, Most Luxurious Massage on the Planet!” Bars are installed on the ceiling of the treatment room for balance and support of the massage therapist
The AIS method teaches you specific corrective exercises to strengthen and lengthen muscles for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Art Therapy is an integrative mental health profession that combines psychological theory with the use of art media and the creative process to bring about therapeutic change. It has the ability to engage the mind, body, and spirit in ways that are not possible through verbal expression alone.
I offer individual supervision for those working towards becoming a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and am also a Qualified Supervisor for those working toward licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Functional Nutrition is the cornerstone of optimal health, as what we consume has a significant impact on our vitality and longevity. While nutrition is often the most critical factor in our overall health, it is not the only one. Movement, sleep, stress management, love, community, and purpose also play a vital role in promoting a healthy and fulfilling life.
Nutrition Response Testing® is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body’s neurological reflexes in order to determine the root cause of ill health. It uses muscle testing to communicate with the body’s own innate intelligence to evaluate the body’s response to a broad variety of substances that may be affecting health and function.
We utilize Nutrition Response Testing® as one aspect of our supplement and food recommendations.
The right supplements will greatly benefit your overall health. We recommend only the best-quality, whole-food and third-party certified supplements to ensure your body gets what it needs.
Intravenous (IV) therapy offers several benefits, particularly in medical treatment and wellness contexts:
1. Rapid Absorption: IV therapy allows for rapid absorption of fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and medications directly into the bloodstream. This bypasses the digestive system, ensuring that the substances are absorbed more quickly and efficiently.
2. Hydration: IV therapy is an effective way to rehydrate the body quickly, especially in cases of dehydration due to illness, strenuous exercise, or excessive alcohol consumption.
3. Nutrient Delivery: IV therapy can deliver essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system's absorption limitations. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with nutrient deficiencies or malabsorption issues.
4. Improved Wellness and Energy Levels: IV therapy with vitamin and mineral infusions can help boost energy levels, enhance overall wellness, and support immune function. It is often used by athletes, frequent travelers, and individuals with demanding lifestyles to maintain optimal health and performance.
5. Supportive Therapy: IV therapy is commonly used as supportive therapy in the treatment of various medical conditions, including dehydration, nutritional deficiencies, migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and certain autoimmune disorders.
6. Customization: IV therapy can be customized to meet individual needs by adjusting the types and concentrations of fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and medications in the IV solution.
7. Symptom Relief: IV therapy can provide rapid relief from symptoms such as nausea, headache, muscle fatigue, and hangover by replenishing fluids and electrolytes and delivering medications directly into the bloodstream.

The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations has suggested massage as an effective drugless therapy for pain management. Therapeutic massage relieves pain from a variety of causes, and may reduce the need for pain medication.
Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage in which water-treated stones are placed at specific sites on the client’s body to promote relaxation and to help open up the merdians (energy pathways). Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones to allow the therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations. Cool stones are sometimes used alternately with hot stones. Massage oils are usually incorporated into the massage treatment.
